JEAN SULLIVAN
Jean Sullivan is a consultant with the firm who brings a broad background of over twenty-five years of human resources and management consulting experience. Her background includes providing consulting services in the areas of classification and compensation, employee and management training, selection and recruitment including assessment centers, team building, strategic planning, and facilitation.

Ms. Sullivan earned her Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of California, Davis with an emphasis in organizational development.

SHELLIE ANDERSON
Shellie Anderson is a consultant with the firm who began her career as a human resources consultant in 1998. Her background includes compensation and classification studies, organizational and workforce planning analyses, recruitment and selection, and training. Ms. Anderson has worked with a variety of public and private organizations of varying sizes.

Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the California State University, Sacramento. In addition, Ms. Anderson is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is an International Public Management Association Certified Professional. Ms. Anderson was also a board member for the Sacramento - Mother Lode Chapter of the International Public Management Association - Human Resources for several years.
